Starters
- Fried Pickle Chips — Crunchy pickle chips hand breaded and deep fried until golden brown. Pairs nicely with a Big Dog draft, domestic or import will both do the trick.
- Gizzards — The best (only?) gizzards in town! Try them with Chinese hot or sweet hot mustard. Also pairs nicely with a Big Dog draft! Seeing a theme here...
- Monster Wings — One pound traditional or boneless chicken wings, pick one of our famous sauces: BBQ, Hot, Teriyaki, Sweet Thai or Plain. Served with choice of side.
Handhelds
- French Dip — Hot roast beef piled up on a warm French roll with Swiss cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms. Served with house au jus.
- Big Dog Reuben — A generous portion of thin, lean pastrami, 100% Swiss cheese and kraut. Served on marbled rye with a side of 1000 Island dressing.
- Drunk Aunt Sally — Grilled chicken breast, Monterey Jack cheese, grilled peppers and onions, served on a hoagie with a scoop of house made rodeo beer cheese.
Burgers
- Burger Specials — This one was called the Cali Crunch, and it was to bark for! Ask our servers if there are any burger specials going on if you're looking to mix it up.
- Big Dog — Choice of bacon or ham, egg your way (I like over easy, but I'm just a website), mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and American cheese. One mean burger!
- Smash Burger — Start with a quarter pound seasoned house smash patty, American Cheese, topped with onion, pickle, and mayo. Then build it up anyway you please!
Favorites
- Pizzas... Back!? — They're gone, they're back, they're gone, they're back... I'm just a website and even I'm getting dizzy from this whole thing. They're back!
- Beer Battered Fish and Chips — Select cod battered in Alaskan white ale. Comes with choice of side and coleslaw. Served with tartar sauce. Two piece or four piece, the choice is yours!
- Bull Dog Mac Three-Cheese — Mac & cheese made with our house made rodeo beer cheese, then topped with cheddar and fired until a perfect layer of golden brown cheese forms on top.
Breakfast
- Tucannon Skillet — This is just one example of many skillets to choose from. Two eggs, ham, bacon, Swiss, Cheddar, onion & pepper mix over golden hash browns.
- Chicken Fried Steak — Fried chicken steak in home style sausage gravy, two eggs, toast and golden hash browns. Is it chicken or steak? Hell if I know, but it's delicious!
- Eggs Benedict — Classic eggs benedict on an English muffin with shaved ham, eggs your way, and house made Hollandaise sauce. Served alongside golden hashbrown bliss.
Drinks
- Dog Bowl — It's a real dog bowl filled with a bunch of tasty things. A few of those tasty things just happen to contain some alcohol! Drink it by yourself or share w/ a friend.
- House Bloody Mary — Considered by many to be the best damn Bloody Mary in town. I consider it that too, but the mayor of consideration town said that websites don't get a vote.
- Sweet 'N Spicy Margarita — People love margaritas. People love sweet things. People love spicy things. I forgot where I was going with this... ChatGPT, buddy, can you help me out here?
